KIDS SMALL WORLD


Kid’s world…

Kids world is very small but infinite. Here are some topics which were related to the conversation of my kids.

My brother’s son is 3 years old and he is very fond of all our pets, once he narrated me that he has tied the parrot with the rope, I was shocked and rushed to see what he has done. I saw one end of the rope tied near by the wall and the other end was just thrown inside the parrot’s cage. My hero has thought that he has tied the parrot with his rope!!!

Once I saw him drying his Teddy doll in the hot sun when I asked him why the Teddy got drenched fully, he replied me that the teddy has become dirty as it has gone bathroom and didn't know how to clean itself, and It seems he just helped it to become clean, Hope he doesn't do the same with Real puppies.

My elder kid is very much interested in cooking, She is obviously a Good cook but as a starter she does many mistake. She tried to prepare ‘Kesari’ famous south Indian sweet but unfortunately it came to be something like Raagi kali. she poured some water and it was forced to be Rava payasam with glorious colour. And she kept the same in Refrigerator to make it solid. My younger kid was very happy about whatever happen and she commented her sister about her cooking skill which made the elder feel low and she replied back that people who cook the other dishes well will not be able to cook Kesari tasty.

Younger one thought for a while and asked me doubt ‘Ma is that mean Grand ma doesn’t cook well as she does the best kesari’.


Kids think lot in their tiny world and also expect lot from the elders to understand them.

Nowadays they reason us for some of our thoughts which has been forced on them. One good example is that I want my elder kid to become a docter and use to advice her to study well, she replied me once that "I will study well ma but don't force me to pick what you want, Give me the freedom to do what i opt" 

Yes it is their life which should be in the way what they think as life is only once and parents should a Gate to stop and direct the kids in Right path when it is reasonable.

To avoid DEPRESSION



About me, I am a Software Test Engineer working in Bangalore. 


I am not interested in talking about my personal but want to share some points which may help you out to cope out from depression which knocks our door without any intimation, Depression might be mild, moderate or severe but better try to get out of the depression before you find yourself lost.


Exercise
Remember that exercise and spending time outdoors is important. Even going for a short walk each day or simply sitting in the park can bring benefits: fresh air, a sense of achievement and a break from usual routines which may be aggravating the depression. Engaging with nature can make a difference which gives you a confident to think about yourself.

balanced diet
Try to eat a balanced and nutritious diet. Food does have an impact on mood. Sugary foods lead to a sharp drop in blood sugars later on and this leads to energy and mood slumps. Caffeine also has a negative impact, causing increased heart rate and interfering with sleep.

Get enough rest
Try to get adequate rest and sleep. Sleep problems can be a symptom of depression. If you are having difficulty with sleep, look at your diet (caffeine or rich foods late in the evening can prevent sleep) and also think about getting some light exercise and fresh air later in the day. And don't involve yourself in taking any drugs which would promote you to catch up sleep, as this is not a permanent solution ( which i tried)

Writing therapy
Many people find writing useful and it can have therapeutic benefits. Don’t worry if you don’t consider yourself a writer: simply writing a few sentences at the end of each day can help to relieve some concerns and no one need ever read what you have written. you will feel better when you put everything in words.

Don't Compare
Comparing ourselves with other is not a worth idea, also don't cultivate the self-pitying which will drown you to the core. Think positive and Be positive


Finally whatever happens life has to go for our dependencies.. When a stone is brought near to the eyes obviously it looks huge but if you take the same bit far and see the same object will be a small image also gives the visibility of other objects around the stone, It's applicable to our depression also, 

The specified are some of the symptoms of depression which are told by medical professional
Low energy, feeling tired or fatigued 
Feeling sad, bored
Under- or over-sleeping, or waking frequently during the night 
Poor concentration, thinking slowed down
Loss of interest in hobbies, family or social life
Low self-esteem and feelings of guilt
Aches and pains with no physical basis, e.g. chest/head/tummy pain associated with anxiety or stress
Loss of interest in living, thinking about death, suicidal thoughts


If you feel that you could not able to help yourself to come out of this depression then try to get some help from medical professional, but it is only the mental guidance which comes out from professional which was tried by me too. I have a strong desire that we ourselves have the power to come across these mental stresses.
